Biography
Sameh maktouf has completed her PhD in enzyme and bacteraial engineering at the age of 32 years from Toulouse University. She is a research assistant in soil Microbiology at olive institute in Sfax (Tunisia). She has published more than 20 scientific papers, many in the field of Food Science, microbiology and biochesmistry
Research Interest
Sameh maktouf research interest includes soil microbiology , biochemistry , enzymology and food processing and technology.
